Every engagement is led by the partner who does the work — a lead engineer who has run production systems of this kind before, and who stays with you from first audit to final handover. You work directly with the engineer who leads the engagement.
The practice is coordinated by a few of our partners and delivered by a roster of lead and senior engineers engaged under written agreements on two contractual policies: we take no commissions on anyone's rates, and the engineer you are introduced to is the engineer who does the work.
