What We Believe
We don’t keep our clients temporarily consoled yet constantly guessing. You will always have a firm grasp of the what, the when, and the why of schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Everything is traceable. Architecture decisions are recorded, designs are documented, business rules are written down where they apply — and all of it is version-controlled.
We build to hand over. If you ever want another team to continue our work, they will find everything they need — documented, diagrammed, and explained.
We test everything. Unit, integration, end-to-end, and property-based testing are standard; 100% coverage is the standing target; security testing is automated where the project needs it.
We measure delivery, not vibes. Deployment frequency, lead time for changes, time to restore, and change failure rate — reported continuously.
How The Practice Works
Twelve senior engineers, engaged under written agreements. Each engagement is led by its own principal — the partner who does the work. Your principal is the engineer in the room, not an account manager. A few of our partners coordinate the practice: matching the right engineer to the problem, and holding the group to its policies.
Two contractual policies:
- Zero commissions. We take nothing from partner rates. What you pay for an engineer is what the engineer costs.
- No bait-and-switch. The engineer you are introduced to is the engineer who completes the engagement.
Their identities remain private until you engage us.
Policies
- No trackers, no cookies, no analytics on this site. We treat your data the way we treat your systems.
- Few engagements at a time, by design. The partner you meet is the partner who leads.
